DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE!!! Giving them a 1 star rating is actually a compliment. Everyone in that office are scam artists and liars. They're so money hungry that they fill out your money orders for you & rush through or cover paperwork when discussing fees. They charge you $150 (disguised as an "admin fee") to have you travel to their complex, be lied to about available units, & drive your car to the model unit on a property that no one cares to actually try to show off. When you cancel your own application, they stretch out the days to their "refund time limit" so that they don't have to refund you. There's no separation of personal from business for any of them b/c the amount of money that they can rob you of through their "business" will affect them personally. No one in the office communicates with each other; they have the worst customer service that I've ever encountered in my life. And when you call them out on their bullshit, they take breaks during conversation to gather the excuses. Carlos, I hope you use the money for your wife therapy sessions.....my services are not available to liars such as yourself. Angel, I hope you buy a better wig & stop being such a condescending bitch. Your bragging of materialistic shortcomings really don't impress those that see the true fairness of life. Short haired assistant manager lady, fix your face & life...but I guess being Angel's lapdog would cause the depressing spirit you carry. Martha and Rena are con artists who they put on the phone b/c their thick accents leaves you no choice but to come to that shitty apartment complex. It is apartment complexes & workers like you all that proves why renting in Atlanta is a joke. You can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig. Forest Cove apartments are a bunch of pigs rolling in slop & waiting for someone to add more slop to their mess. Your salary/hourly wage won't change, no matter how much money you rob others of. But I can guarantee that you'll lose far more than what you all have stolen thus far. DO BETTER!!
