E Cell World at 5938 Buford Highway suit 108 Northeast, Doraville, Georgia.

I approached this place because of a Groupon to get an iPad repaired $55. Service was quick and painless I also bought a lcd screen for my IPhone 5 so I could fix my cracked screen $15.The next day the screen starts to separate on the iPad. I return to get the issue fixed and was told that a case would be needed to hold the screen in place. $20 more dollars. The associate also asked if I wanted to get the phone fixed. I had already fixed the screen myself perfectly. Indifferent with the service, I would later return to do business with them.

I would later get a request to fix a iPhone 5SE for a friend. The same model as mine except a little difference. Employee gives me screens with 5S on them. I asked if it is the right screen he insists that all of the screens are the same and sells me 2. After starting the chore of changing the screens certain screws didn’t fit around the home button. and the screens didn’t work properly. After trying both screens I realize he was wrong. To make sure there wasn’t an error on my part.

The next day I buy the same item from his competitor Mega Wireless World. There is clearly a distinction as far as screens and inventory inside this store. I grab the correct screen 5SE put the phone together it works perfectly. I try to return the wrong and defective parts to the employee who sold them to me at E cell world. He takes 1 of the 2 same screens back and refunds me only for one (neither worked) he tells me to keep it he’s not refunding, maybe I have done something wrong.

Hence me writing this review. Don’t waste your time here. Employee will sell you the wrong items and keep your money, and then tell you that you messed up. I have done this enough times to know right and wrong. The the fact he knows I’m a return customer bringing him business makes matters even worse.

The Mega Wireless World is on the same street, a block away maybe $2-5 more expensive but you will get what you need. If you are in the cell phone repair business don’t use this place.
